What I actually do on your client's account

In plain terms, this is the real monthly work.

  • Structure

I organise the account around what your client sells and what needs measuring, so every euro can be traced to what happened.

  • Keywords and negatives

I choose which searches your client shows up for and, just as important, block the ones burning budget.

  • Ad copy

I write and test the ads people see on Google, then adjust based on which ones bring customers, not just clicks.

  • Bids and budget

I decide what you pay per click and where the budget goes, moving it towards what pays back.

  • Weekly optimisation

I go through the account every week: new searches, weak ads, spend leaking where it shouldn't.

  • Monthly report

A clear report on what happened, what each result cost and what comes next month.

Why a freelancer behind your agency

When you subcontract another agency, the account usually gets split across several hands. The person who answers your emails is rarely the one inside the account. With me, it's the same person.

  • Direct contact: you write, I answer, not a shared inbox.
  • The account is your client's: it stays in their name and, if we stop, they keep the full history.
  • No lock-in: we carry on for as long as it pays off.
  • Replies within 24 business hours.

From one inherited campaign to 13 across three funnel stages

I took over an account running one conversion campaign with a single worn-out creative. I rebuilt it as a full funnel, with static, video, carousel, document and thought-leader formats. I rewrote the lead form and refreshed the creative. Form completion went from 1.6% to 6.1% in three weeks. The most efficient campaign brought leads in at $163, against an account average close to $970.

An internship programme with two audiences at once: students on one side, companies on the other. I ran Google Ads to catch searches from recent graduates and LinkedIn Ads to reach HR leads at companies. Each audience got its own landing page. I started on exact match to keep the traffic clean and opened up the winning keywords once they were proven. With target CPA and some device and age exclusions, it closed at 29 conversions at $28 each on a $1,300 budget.

Frequently asked questions

What minimum budget makes sense?
Below roughly $500-1,000 a month in spend, a campaign gathers so little data that optimising it is guesswork. It is not a fixed rule. It depends on what a click costs in your client's sector, and we check that in the audit.
How long before I see something?
First clicks and first conversions come within days. To judge whether the account is working you need about 6-8 weeks. Before that it is noise, not a trend.
Does the client need to change their website?
Not always, but the page people land on is half the result. If something is clearly holding conversions back I will tell you and propose the smallest change, not a redesign.
What if I want to stop?
We stop. There is no lock-in. The account stays with your client, with its history and settings, handed over documented.
Which sectors do you work with?
Mostly B2B, SaaS and ecommerce. If your client's sector has its own rules, I will say so in the audit before we start.

Client account audit

Before I propose anything, I look at your client's account.

The audit has a fixed price of $350 and does not commit you to anything else. If you then want to delegate your client’s campaigns, I’ll prepare a proposal based on what I’ve reviewed.
