Ongoing management

I run your clients' accounts

I run their Instagram and Facebook campaigns month after month, under your brand. Your clients don't see me.

  • I work under your brand in your Business Manager
  • No conflict: I don't take your clients
  • Reports you can forward as they are
  • Accounts stay in your client's name

Let's talk about this

Extra capacity

Backup for your team

I step in when you're missing a paid media specialist or can't keep up. Your team keeps the account and I add execution.

  • Campaign and promo launches
  • Workload peaks in high season
  • Pixel and event checks
  • A second opinion before scaling budget

Let's talk about this

What I work on each week in a Meta account

  • Campaign structure

The right objective and enough budget per ad set to get through learning, rather than six sets competing for the same people.

  • Audiences and exclusions

Prospecting, retargeting and, above all, exclusions. One of the costliest mistakes I see is paying to show ads to people who've already bought.

  • Creative

Several ads per set, rotated regularly. On Meta, creative wears out in weeks, not months.

  • Placements

I check the breakdown before trusting automatic placements. What works in Reels doesn't necessarily work in Audience Network.

  • Measurement

Pixel and Conversions API running together without counting events twice. If a purchase fires twice, the account optimises towards a number that isn't real.

  • Monthly report

What we spent, what came in, what each result cost and what we'll do next month.

I reorganised acquisition and remarketing and tested new creative messages. Attributed purchases rose from 63 to 121 and ROAS from 1.83× to 3.12×, with 21.0% more ad spend. Comparison of February 1–28 and March 1–28, 2026: the before-and-after does not establish causation. Attributed value is neither profit nor net revenue.

From one inherited campaign to 13 across three funnel stages

I took over an account running one conversion campaign with a single worn-out creative. I rebuilt it as a full funnel, with static, video, carousel, document and thought-leader formats. I rewrote the lead form and refreshed the creative. Form completion went from 1.6% to 6.1% in three weeks. The most efficient campaign brought leads in at $163, against an account average close to $970.

An internship programme with two audiences at once: students on one side, companies on the other. I ran Google Ads to catch searches from recent graduates and LinkedIn Ads to reach HR leads at companies. Each audience got its own landing page. I started on exact match to keep the traffic clean and opened up the winning keywords once they were proven. With target CPA and some device and age exclusions, it closed at 29 conversions at $28 each on a $1,300 budget.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with my client's existing account?
Yes, that's the usual arrangement. I join the Business Manager with only the permissions I need. The account stays with your client, along with its history.
Will my clients know about you?
Not unless you want them to. I work under your brand, use your reporting templates and, if needed, an email address on your domain.
Just Instagram and Facebook?
I work with Google, LinkedIn and TikTok too. Meta is often the starting point, but I look at the whole account.
Is there a minimum term?
No. We keep going as long as it makes sense for both of us.
How much does management cost?
It depends on how many accounts and which channels you need. I'll propose a price after a 15-minute call.

Client account audit

We start by looking at the account, not by signing a contract.

The audit has a fixed price of $350 and does not commit you to anything else. If you then want to delegate your client’s campaigns, I’ll prepare a proposal based on what I’ve reviewed.
